managing your blood sugar everyday

If your SERIOUS about your health then start doing your research
& stop listing to all the LIES dr's try to feed you about your health

When I got DEATHLY sick & landed in the hosp, for 6 mons that
was a MAJOR wake up call for me to start changing the way I ate
& to change my health, I got on the computer & did ALL the online
research I could find about Diabetes & how to REVERSE it.

What I found & what I did from what I learned CHANGED everything
for me & my health, it was a slow process but it worked.

With Videos like the 1 B-low & other videos that tell the truth about
how to reverse your diabetes & how to change your health over all
it can do a lot of good for your health & your soul & peace of mind.

Lower Blood Sugar

If you have a computer & want to change your health then start with
making a Personal Blog like Blogger that's what I use to record stuff
that I want to keep on hand, it's free & just learn everything you can.

Keep a record of everything you do everyday from waking up in the
morn to going to bed at night eating what you eat at what time & how
much to taking your meds & insulin if your on it & how much when.

With every recording you put down record where your sugar level is
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                                                "SAMPLE CHART"

7 am sugar level > 115

9 am breakfast oatmeal 2 slices of toast
took a 15 min walk sugar level 125
sugar level dropped to 100.

1 pm lunch a bowl of veg stew with a small
glass of milk sugar level 110 Took a 3 hr nap
sugar dropped to 95

5pm 2 slices of fish with a sweet potato & water
blood sugar level 120 Took a 30 min walk
sugar dropped to 105

10 pm A bowl of cottage cheese with a fruit cup
sugar level 105 did some chair exercises B-4 bed
sugar level dropped to 98.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Do this chart for a month & see where it puts your
sugar levels at & record the SAME chart on a note
book to take to your Dr & let them see what your
doing & how your sugar levels are doing with it.

This will let you & your dr's know if what your
doing is helping, & will change the way they work
with your sugar & meds & help you stay on track.

DON'T let your dr's put you on meds you really
don't need, let them know your doing all the research
online to learn how to keep your sugar balanced &
in target range, your no dummy on your health.
