  Realtors are not your best friend or someone who you can trust 
they are people that can screw you in SO MANY WAYS to make 
you THINK they are your best buddy when all they want is your $.

They are GOOD @ manipulating you & lying to gain your trust 
& your $ so PLEASE do all you can to research who you are 
working with & MAKE SURE you have everything in Order.

To help you with how realtors work I've posted some videos 
on here to help you out to give you some well known facts 
on how they can screw up your WHOLE LIFE in 1 sale.

Don't do what we have done over the years & buy on a hunch 
or spar of the moment of what the realtors tells you, cause it 
could be a FAKE ! just to get you to buy the property @ risk.

People in this business can scam you SO EASILY & you wouldn't 
know it till it's too late & your out of all your hard earned money 
I URGE YOU to do all the research you can B-4 buying property.

I'm here letting you know there is a LOT of scammers out to get 
your $ by hook or crook any way they can no matter who you are 
or what you tell them, they could care less about your problems.

Let me tell you a few stories about how much we have been screwed 
more than you want to know about, how much they can mess up your 
WHOLE LIFE & this is why it's SO IMPORTANT to do research.

So maybe after you have taken time to learn how easy it is for you to get 
shasted out of your $ so easy I hope you take everything I've said & put 
on here for you to learn what NOT TO DO, & learn from our mistakes.

Always THINK B-4 you react to what you are trying to do & not just 
jump into something you really don't know what it's about, THAT'S 
HOW people get scammed, shasted, taken, screwed, RESEARCH It.

This doesn't just "HAPPEN" in Canada but EVERYWHERE from 
1 state to another no matter where you go, BUYERS BEWARE ! they 
are not thinking about your interest but more about how to get your $.

So there it is on how people can con, scam, trick you out of your $
you really need to be smart & do ALL the research on EVERYTHING 
when it comes down to buying, renting or selling when it evolves $. 😒
